Hoop Dance Activation
1 Hoop, All Levels
There are many ways to shift our lives. Some are emotional, such as therapy. Some are mental, like reading books and gaining new knowledge. Hoop Dance Activation is one more magical way, combining intention and movement to release the old and bring new energies into our energy body (a.k.a. our Auric Field).
The energy body is a bubble that extends 6 feet all around us. It holds all sorts of information. Thoughts. beliefs, opinions, relationships. It is a lens with which we see the world and ourselves, as well as a magnet that attracts things (people, experiences) that have similar energy to ours, and repels things that don't. Having this field clear and vibrating in the way we want is a game changer!
In this class we will explore how we can curate our energy body. We will play with combining movement and intention to tap into the magic that is available to shift our reality in a fun and playful way.
Here's a little more about what you can expect:
☀️ Opening - we begin each class in ceremony, exploring energy and how it works & picking a card from the Hoop Dance Activation Oracle deck.
💃 Dance - We will dance with our favorite dance partner - our hoop. We will start by moving together to help us find our flow state, then dance a song of release to clear everything that we no longer need, and from there we will play and call in our words.
🌙 Closing - we end class like we began, back in ceremony. We will share about our experience.
